Meet Ron, a dedicated and certified Wound Care Practitioner and debridement specialist whose journey in the medical field has been marked by passion, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
Ron began his professional career by earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LaSalle University. He honed his clinical skills at prestigious institutions such as Albert Einstein Medical Center and Medical City Lewisville, gaining valuable hands-on experience and laying the foundation for his remarkable career in patient care.
In 2018, Ron further advanced his education by earning his Master of Science in Nursing, demonstrating his dedication to continuous growth and professional excellence. In 2020, he transitioned into specializing in wound care — a pivotal moment that allowed him to focus his expertise on complex wound management and advanced healing solutions.
Ron is credentialed at Texas Health Arlington Memorial, Texas Health Cleburne, and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth. He currently serves as the primary wound care provider at the Wound Care and Hyperbaric Clinic at Texas Health Arlington Memorial, in addition to caring for patients at the Mansfield and Bedford locations.
Ron’s approach to patient care goes beyond clinical expertise, embracing compassion, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to improving quality of life.
What truly sets Ron apart is his dedication both inside and outside the clinic. He actively serves his church and local community, embodying a holistic approach to health and well-being. His influence extends well beyond the walls of a medical practice, reflecting his heart for service and healing.
Outside of work, Ron enjoys spending time with his family (pictured to the right) and remains actively involved in his local church community.


Diana J. Ferrer, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner | Wound Care Specialist
Diana Ferrer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in advanced wound care, including the treatment of acute, chronic, and complex wounds. She is committed to improving healing outcomes through evidence-based therapies, preventive care, and patient-centered treatment plans.
With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Diana’s background includes direct patient care, utilization management, and health coaching. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware and her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University.
Diana is passionate about patient education, collaborative care, and empowering individuals to take control of their health. Her approach focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate wound management tailored to each patient’s needs.
Outside of the clinic, Diana mentors young women and couples, is active in her church, and enjoys time with her husband and four daughters.
